Our vision & purpose

Black, Indigenous, and Women & Femmes of Color are the least represented demographic in a Music Industry that continuously caters to its predominantly white, cis-gender, and male workforce.

The music and arts industries are losing funding, resources, and support, and BIPOC Women and Femmes are the most severely impacted.

At Matriarc Society, we want to give space and opportunity for the immensely talented, yet underrepresented to thrive by providing the resources that have held us back for too long. 

Our Mission

To empower BIPOC Women and Femmes in the music industry by providing a safe creative space, a trusted net work and real work and learning opportunities.
